Google Search is usually quick for me. Most of the time pages load fast and the results pop up right away, which is what I expect. But every now and then, especially when I’m on mobile or the signal isn’t great, it feels a little slower than it should. Support would probably say something like, “try checking your connection or clearing the app cache,” and yeah, that might help sometimes. It’s not a huge issue, just not always as instant as I’m used to

My account got flagged, which was frustrating. Especially because I see other people doing the same kind of stuff all the time. No issues for them. Just feels inconsistent.

Google does a good job catching spam, especially in Gmail. Most of the junky or scammy emails seem to disappear into the spam folder before I even notice them, which I definitely appreciate. I probably only remember the annoying ones that slip through, to be fair. That said, I still come across sketchy ads or weird fake-looking sites in search once in a while. Maybe I forget all the bad stuff they block, but those few that show up make me wish they’d remove them faster. Not everyone is going to spot a fake link right away. Overall, it works fine and it helps a lot, but I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. I still double-check emails and links myself just in case

I’ve also seen listings for places that don’t seem to exist anymore, which makes it kind of annoying because then you have to double-check everything somewhere else anyway. So it’s not useless, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on it without verifying the info first.

They did get back to me eventually, which I appreciated, but the wait was frustrating. For a company this huge, I feel like support should be MUCH quicker...

The ads aren’t that annoying compared to a lot of other apps. They pop up here and there, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming. A cluttered ad experience is definitely preventable, and this one does a decent job of avoiding that.
